Prayer times look wrong for my location

Open Settings inside the app and check:

I'm not receiving prayer notifications

Open iOS Settings → Notifications → PrayLock and confirm notifications are allowed. Also check inside PrayLock's Settings that notifications are enabled for each prayer.

The Qibla arrow is pointing the wrong way

Calibrate your iPhone's compass by moving the device in a figure-8 motion. Hold the phone flat with the screen facing up. Metal objects (laptops, cars) can interfere with the compass.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open PrayLock → Settings → tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

I switched phones and lost my prayer streak

Prayer logs are stored on-device for privacy. We're exploring optional iCloud sync for a future update. For now, your streak resets when you change devices.

Does PrayLock work offline?

Yes — prayer times, Qibla direction, and the full Quran reader all work offline. No internet is required after the initial app download.
